When you register a team, apply as a campus ambassador, or contact us, we collect the details you enter: names, email addresses, phone numbers, school, and grade. Payments are handled by bKash; we receive a payment reference, not your card or wallet credentials.
We use this information to run the carnival: confirming registrations, sending confirmations and certificates, publishing approved campus ambassadors, and contacting participants about the event. We do not sell personal information.
